Edit or Delete a Student

PLEASE NOTE:  If you are an authorized user, you will not be able to edit  or delete student data.  Please contact your VB-MAPP App Administrator.

EDIT A STUDENT

A Student Name can be edited by selecting the student from your list of students and then clicking on Edit.

Once a report has been generated for the student, the student information can no longer be edited.

If a report has been generated, please contact support to have the student name changed.  Include the student name as it is currently spelled as well as the correct spelling.

DELETE A STUDENT

A student that was created in error or a student with no VB-MAPP assessments attached to them can be deleted and the student credit returned to your account.

However, once a report has been generated for the student, the student can no longer be deleted and the credit cannot be returned to your account.
